We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped to you within 2 - 4 business days. However, we are not always able to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you of this as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
