Mijn bestelling was super snel geleverd en zorgvuldig verpakt in recyclebaar materiaal. De katten zijn echt dol op het huisje, klimmen er op, krabben aan het dak en slapen erin. Hij is echt goed stevig (onze oudste kater weegt 8kg) en staat ook nog eens heel leuk in je huiskamer. Binnen een paar minuten in elkaar te zetten, kortom ik en de katten zijn er heel erg blij mee.
Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via klantenservice@katon.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

For quick processing, we ask you to include a return form with your shipment. After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days.
